Smith - Taylor - Ruggiero Funeral Home

Azzolino, Rocco age 91 of Dover, NJ died Wednesday July 16th, 2008 at the Compassionate Care Hospice St. Clares Dover Campus. Born in New York, NY, Rocco had lived many years in the Stephen Crane Village section of Newark for many years before moving to Dover 3 years ago.

Mr. Azzolino worked many years as a Long Shore Man with the ILA Local 1235 out of Port Newark Elizabeth, NJ.  Survivors include his companion Elizabeth M. McConnell of Roxbury Twp., as well as his four step grandchildren, ten step great grandchildren and fiver step great great grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the SMITH-TAYLOR-RUGGIERO Funeral Home 1 Baker Ave. Dover, NJ. Interment will follow in the Stanhope Union Cemetery Stanhope, NJ. Visitation will be held Friday July 18th from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
