Smith - Taylor - Ruggiero Funeral Home

Dillon, Doris K. age 76 of Totowa, NJ died Monday November 12, 2007 at the Compassionate Care Hospice St. Clares Dover Campus following a long illness. Born in Singac, NJ, Mrs. Dillon has lived in Totowa for many years.Daughter of the late Michael and Fanny (Benio) Korback, Doris was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A retired Quality Control specialist, Mrs. Dillon had worked many years with the Plessy-BAE systems of Wayne, NJ.  Previously she had worked for the Kearfott Corp of Little Falls, and  for fourteen years, she worked as a Bus Driver for the West Milford School District. An avid Crotchetier, she was a member of the Silver Circle Group. She also enjoyed Bingo, reading and Camping. Doris was pre deceased by her Husband David William Dillon in 1992, her sisters Eva Korback, Ruth DeFeis, Olga Korback, and her brothers John and Stephen Korback. Survivors include her son Douglas and wife Tania Dillon of Hibernia, her daughter Michelle Cullin of Chestnut Hill Twp., PA. Also her grandchildren Jennifer, James, Joseph, Annamarie, Christine, and Carl. Doris is also survived by her sister Ann Popp, Theresa Dean, and Nettie Voorhis.  

Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the SMITH-TAYLOR-RUGGIERO Funeral Home 1 Baker Ave. Dover, NJ.
