Here are some special memories shared by family and friends.
Went to St Paul's grammar school with Billy. Went to ASA with Maureen. So sorry to read of Billy's passing..he was a nice "kid" from Jersey City. The Dominican nuns would be proud of his career. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this most difficult time. RIP Billy

Regrets, My name is Maureen O'Day-Bellucci, I think Billy was my cousin. We spend our summers together in Lake George, NY, along with my two brothers Jim & Brian. As a child, I was always so proud to call him my cousin, all my girlfriends were after him. I sorry I didn't know him in his later years. Please accept my deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts...May the comfort of friends and family be your strength now and in the days ahead. Sincerely, Maureen O'Day

To the O'Day family ... My heartfelt prayers go out to you for your loss. I grew up with Bill in Jersey City and we attended St. Paul's Grammar School and St. Peter's College together. As is the case in life, people go separate ways, build families, and move on. But memories always remain. My thoughts go back mostly to our days at St.Paul's as "kids". And, oh yes, the Dominican Sisters who helped in developing our strong Faiths in Jesus Christ. With a few exercises in discipline to boot! Yes, Bill, although we moved on with our lives, you are in my mind and heart today. I am sure you will be missed by your family and friends. And you will be missed by me, your former classmate .. and childhood friend!

Dear Maureen, Mrs. Chiara and the Chiara Family~I am so, so sorry for your loss. Working with Bill for 18 years was one of the most special times of my life. His love for life and people was an inspiration to me and to all who knew and loved him. I shared so many happy times & laughter with Bill over my 18 year career at Hack, Piro. He was one of my best friends and his passing is very painful to me. I cannot imagine the pain you are all feeling at this time. He will always have a special place in my heart and memories. I feel honored and priviledged to have been a part of his life. My love and prayers are with you all during this immensely difficult time and always. Love Toni

Dear Maureen and Family, I send my deepest and heartfelt regrets from the Pasquale Family. The O'Days were our neighbors a while back in Montclair. Oddly and now sadly, I was just thinking of you both recently and wondering what you were up to. I have the fondest memories of spending a Sunday morning at your house when my brother, Mike and I were little, eating scrambled eggs and listening to Bill Cosby records. I'm sorry we never got to catch up. My sympathies go out to Maureen and the rest of the family.

Dear Maureen, Mrs. Chiara, and the entire Chiara Family - I would like to offer you my deepest sympathy for Bill's passing. I was shocked to just learn of this today in receiving a Christmas card from Toni Rehe. For 10 of my 13 years at Hack, Piro, O'Day, I was Bill's secretary, starting in West Orange, and moving to Florham Park. He was a mentor, always offering sound advice, and always with a smile on his face. I am so awfully sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely,
Barbara (Quahliero) Olcott
