Smith - Taylor - Ruggiero Funeral Home

DeJesus, Anita Ana, age 84 of Dover, NJ died Wednesday July 25th, 2007 at the Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clares Dover Campus. Born in Aguada, Puerto Rico she resided there until moving to Wharton in 1955. Mrs. DeJesus has been a resident of Dover since 1972. Daughter of the late Hipolito Cardoria and Dionicia Nunes Torres Galloza, Ana, a homemaker was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother sibling and friend to all who knew her. 

        Pre deceased by her husband Emiliano in 1983, her daughter Maria Tita in 1974 as well as her sons Joe in 1992 and Miguel in 2005. Survivors include her sons Benny and spouse June of Dover, Jose and spouse Karen of Waipahu, Hawaii, and William of Jacksonville, FL. Also her daughter Margarita and spouse Wilson Chaparro of Dover, NJ. Anita is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  

       Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday July 30, 2007 at 9:30 AM in the Sacred Heart RC Church Dover, NJ. Interment will follow in the Locust Hill Cemetery Dover. Visitation will be held Sunday July 29th from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home #1 Baker Ave. Dover, NJ.
