Clerc, Debra K. (Urban) age 50 of Lake Hopatcong, NJ died Saturday, August 11, 2007 at home.  Born in Kentucky, she lived in Columbus, Georgia and then Franklin, Massachusetts for 20 years before moving to Lake Hopatcong, NJ 10 years ago. 

           Predeceased by her parents Clarence W. Urban and Sallie M. Huffstetler, Mrs. Clerc was a homemaker.

            Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Michael L. Clerc Sr. of Lake Hopatcong, two sons: Michael J. Jr. and his wife, Tara of Blackstone, Massachusetts and Connor D. Donovon of Franklin Massachusetts, two daughters: Julia M. Chan and her husband, Yitai of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania and Brandi J. Makrin and her husband George Jr. of Bellingham, Massachusetts.  Debra is also survived by two brothers: Dennis R. Urban and his wife Laura of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and Rocky L. Urban and his wife Elaine of Atlanta, Georgia and one sister, Sharon D. Blackford of Lowell, Massachusetts, as well as six grandchildren: George E. Makrin III, Jacob A. Makrin, Melanie N. Makrin, Kevin M. Chan, Sallee M. Chan and Kathryn E. Clerc.

            Funeral Services will be held Monday August 13, 2007 at the Smith-Taylor- Ruggiero Funeral Home, One Baker Avenue (Rte. 46), Dover, NJ. Visitation will also be held on Monday from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to The New England Center for Children in Southboro, Massachusetts (www.necc.org).  Condolences can be posted at www.smith-taylor-ruggierofuneralhome.com.
