Smith - Taylor - Ruggiero Funeral Home

Prado, Felix Eduardo age 61 of Wharton, NJ died Sunday August 5th, 2007 at the Saint Clare’s Hospital Dover Campus. Born in Moche, Los Rios Ecuador, Mr. Prado came to the United States ten years ago where he resided in New York City before moving to Wharton five years ago.          Son of the late Praulio and Hortencia (Mendozia) Prado, Felix was a graduate of the Universidad Estatal de Guayaquil Salvador Allende receiving his Law degree.  He was in a private Law practice in Ecuador for twenty five years before his retirement.  He attended St. Mary’s RC Church as well as the Sacred Heart RC Church both in Dover, NJ. 

         Survivors include his wife of thirty six years Presentacion de los Angeles Chaves-Prado.  Also his son Jose Eduardo and fiancé Graciela of Wharton, also his daughters Belinda M. and spouse Victor Ruiz of Wharton, and Adriana and spouse Armand Pagano of Mine Hill, NJ. Also survived by his brothers Alfonso, Vicente, Guillermo, and Enrique Prado, as well as his three sisters Ruth, Cecelia and Dolores/as well as six grandchildren. 

         Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 08, 2007 at 9:30 AM in the Sacred Heart RC Church Dover, NJ. Interment services are private.  Visitation will be Tuesday, August 7th , from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ 07801.
